Tara Caruso, Founder
As part of a family of entrepreneurs, business has always been part of Tara's life. She has been involved with the operations and management of businesses since she was a teenager, when her dad had her assist in management operations of his detailing business. Over the years, she also served as operations manager for other family businesses, and then became partner and CEO of her father's business New Talent Oklahoma after his passing. After working with her sister for her sister's CFO firm, Ascend CFO Tara developed a passion for helping businesses with their finances. She decided to start her own bookkeeping firm in 2023.
